 Yeah, Ok...
I'd love to review it, but after the download I looked around for installation instructions but could not find any. Is it stand-alone? Is it a plug-in? I thought it was a plug-in, but could not find any way to "plug it in!" I'm clueless, so clearer instructions would have been very helpful in my case..

Novice perspective
I am a complete novice with VirtualDub and had no problem immediately outputting with the plugin. On the downside the audio didn't fair well but that's easily overcome with editing. Also, I may find the solution by tweaking the threshold settings but in drawing mode the lines move quite a bit from frame to frame. Example, carpeting looked like rippling water they way the lines changed from frame to frame. But hey - great results for a completely free plugin!

A god and fast rendering sketcher on the fly
My ambition was in the first place to find a tool for turning photos to paintings. Video MSU Cartoonizer did more than this. It even turned my movieclips to cartooned MTV "look a like" sessions. The "Artfactor" is in my opinion very high. I love it.
